… because this clock stops randomly every five days or so, leading myself and any visitors to momentary confusion as we intuitively realize it is not 3:47 in the morning.
If I take it off the wall and tap the battery compartment, it works again, but will stop working at some unknown future date, regardless of the freshness of the batteries. I will have to take it down and tap it every now and again.
My kitchen has never been so avante-garde. And Timekeeper Products didn’t even advertise this as a feature!
One clock is working the other is not keeping time at all. Too much trouble to send it back. Would not order this again.
I was planning on getting in touch with the seller. The big hand/arm has not worked at all….very disappointing. Would love to get a replacement, but the shipping is worth more than the clock…
Only 1 of the 12 clocks ordered was defective and it was immediately taken care of.
