• Return Policy Defective Products 1. WallDIY products that are determined to be defective before hanging will be accepted back for full credit, not including shipping charges. Credit will be issued upon the receipt and inspection of the products by WallDIY.com. 2. WallDIY products claimed to be defective due to installation errors will not be accepted for return or credit. Returns on Non-Defective Products WallDIY offers a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. In the unlikely event of needing to return products, please follow the steps below. Steps for Returning Defective Products 1. Only items fitting the two conditions below are eligible for return: a. Upon receipt of delivery, items are found to be different to what have been ordered. b. Before applying the decal, defects are found on the items. Defects are defined as tears, marks, crushed edges or other features identified with malfunctions in manufacturing or mishandling during shipping. 2. Email cs@walldiy.com within 7 days of purchase. 3. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number will be issued if items are determined to meet conditions listed in (1) above. 4. Pack the items in its original package with RMA Number clearly marked on the package. Missing parts will result in invalidating of the returning process. 5. Returning shipping costs are responsibility of the customers.
