Q1: Do you ship internationally?
A1: Absolutely, we are delighted to share our artistic culture and blessings with you. For orders over 100 USD, we offer free shipping services.
Q2: When will my order be shipped?
A2: Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days. Woodblock prints are dispatched from China, and shipping to the Americas, Europe, and Oceania currently takes about 15 business days. Our goal is to deliver your order within 10 business days in the future. Please note that custom prints may require additional time.
Q3: Are all your prints handmade?
A3: If you choose an Original during your purchase, it is guaranteed to be a fully handcrafted piece, from design to carving to printing. I don't believe my ancestors would use machines.
Q4: Do your prints really have blessed properties?
A4: I cannot be certain, but what I can assure you is that the quality of life for the average person is continuously improving, and so is the happiness index.
Q5: Where do your creative inspirations come from?
A5: Currently, only about 20% of the inspiration for our creations is infused into the artwork you see; the rest 80% comes from our ancestors.
Q6: Will you reprint old prints?
A6: If the artwork was created using our One-Time Print method, it will not be reprinted. We focus on creating new designs to share with you, drawing from the rich history of woodblock printing.
Q7: I would like to order a custom print, do you accept commissions?
A7: Yes, we have always offered private or corporate customization services. Please contact us for more details.
Q8: How should I care for my woodblock print?
A8: You don’t need to worry too much. The materials we use are passed down through generations. Works from as far back as the year 618 are still viewable today. Of course, if you could frame it, it might even be more effective.
